Recruitment Data: Job descriptions, resumes, candidate profiles, matching scores, and voice briefing recordings uploaded or generated through the platform.

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and device information collected automatically.

Payment Data: Billing information processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Aram recruitment platform
• To process AI matching, resume parsing, and voice briefings
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, notifications)

4. Data Isolation

Aram is a multi-tenant platform. Each organization's data is logically isolated. Your recruitment data is never shared with other tenants or used to train AI models for other customers.

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access controls, audit logs, and regular security reviews protect your information.
