1. Agreement

By accessing or using Aram ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by ScootSign, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity per account unless on an Enterprise plan.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload malicious content or attempt to breach security
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
Resell access to the Service without authorization
Upload candidate data without appropriate consent

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Aram (JDs, resumes, recordings). We do not claim ownership of your content. We process your data solely to provide the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Job descriptions, matching scores, and briefing analyses generated by our AI are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI outputs before use.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees.

7. Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScootSign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
